PT Student Shadow/Observation

  • We only accept student shadowing/observation from April-July; a total of 40 hours max
  • Only 4 hour increments/shifts available per day, Mon-Thurs (Not available Fridays)
  • We do not offer any paid student internships
  • If accepted, professional dress required
  • First come, first serve in the application process
  • If you are already in PT school and looking for a clinical internship, fill out the form to the best of your ability
