What Will A Consult Cover?
With booking this consult for your team, we will work on drills that include the following:
Proper Pelvis Control
This is important to avoid back injuries, kicking related injury, but also to help turning stability.
Deeper Levels of Abdominal Strengthening
The stronger your abdominal control, the more power you have for leaps, jumps, kicks; the more back protection you have against injury, and the more all skills can improve!
Proper Education and Drills to Improve Gluteal Strength and Stability
As dancers, your hips are used so much for your skills, thus they need to be strong from EVERY angle so your hip is protected, but also so you continue to progress in your skill level.
Hip Flexor Strengthening
This directly correlates to kicking ability (power, height, injury prevention), and control for turns.

As a dancer, your abdominal and hip strength are of the utmost import. We will focus on proper conditioning drills to address this.
Brianna’s drills help dancers decrease their risk of injury by focusing on proper pelvis and hip control.
If a dancer is struggling with flexibility, the root cause could be weakness. Our body needs to be strong for our brain to feel safe enough to allow us to be flexible. Strength training can often improve flexibility!
