Spring Cleaning Safety
Spring has sprung and getting outside on the weekends consist of enjoying the great outdoors and getting your garden ready for beautiful weather. With this comes repetitive motions that can harm your back, neck and knees, sometimes without even being able to realize it. Think of raking your yard or bending over your garden bed – keeping in mind your posture and movements will ensure less injury and safer movements.
Staying hydrated and continuing to stretch muscles are both important ways to avoid injury and make sure you aren’t too sore.
