Personalized Nutrition and Workouts:
Integracare coaching and Dr. Granroth will create a personalized nutrition and fitness plan based on your goals, your current health status and/or any obstacles you may have. We will provide you with a step by step plan that tells you exactly what to do. What makes us different is we are meeting you where you are…no need to run out and buy special equipment – no gym membership required. No shakes or prepackaged foods. We will work with you to modify how you live, work and play to make more healthful choices and develop new skills to carry you into the future.
Don’t feel like you can do it on your own? – We will to work together! Your success comes from your commitment!

The goal is to equip YOU with everything that you need. We want to take the stress, confusion and guesswork out of losing weight. We want to teach you everything we know so when we are through – you will never need a coaching program again! Health will just be a way of life!
Integracare Coaching – How the Program Works
Here is what you will experience inside Integracare Coaching: For 16 weeks we will walk you through the journey of fat loss, improved health and happiness.
We will solve two of the biggest obstacles clients face – strategy and accountability. We will create a strategy for you based on your individual needs and lifestyle – unique to your body, your health status, and your schedule. All you have to do is follow the plan!
You will be held accountable – to our coaching staff and most importantly to yourself! We will meet one:one weekly on a coaching call to discuss your progress or your struggles. Together we will celebrate wins and conquer obstacles. Additionally, as a member of Integracare Coaching, you will have unlimited access to coaches via text, email and a designated app. Feel like part of a community with access to a members only facebook group. All of this is there for you to keep you feeling motivated, held accountable and supported!

4 Stages of the Integracare Coaching Program
Stage 1: Strategy Session
During your strategy session we will discuss your health goals and your current health status. We will also ask some tough questions: what are your challenges? what motivates you? what holds you back? This is the opportunity for you to tell your story and for em to help you create the next chapter! Come with your questions and an open mind! Lets get you moving in the right direction.
Stage 2: Technology Launch
During the technology launch we will be granting you access to the program and sharing your individual plan with you. During this time you will get comfortable with the technology and apps used in this program and establish communication methods. (ie: zoom, email, facebook invite)
Stage 3: Assess Don’t Guess
During this time we want you to start experiencing a healthy active lifestyle. We would like to get to know more about you – assessing (not guessing) what your needs are, and formulating the best approach for you individually. We will be looking at your intake as well as your movement and any physical limitations that you may have. By doing this we will be able to develop the most individualized nutrition and fitness program specific to YOU.
Stage 4: Momentum
As you start to see changes and progress – its our job to keep you motivated and and accountable so that you don’t get off track! We are creating and developing life long habits. We will continue to assess and add to your program to maintain your momentum.

Hello! Im Dr. Ryan Granroth
I’ve been a doctor of chiropractic for over 20 years and a lifelong health and wellness enthusiast. I have worked with people of all ages, from all walks of life…from busy parents to professional athletes.
I know what it’s like to try and balance a family, work and relationships. It feels like there are not enough hours in the day – we are busier than ever and everything feels like it needed to be done yesterday. I hear ya!
We are struggling to make time and energy for everything and everyone – often times putting ourselves on the back burner. This affects or physical and mental wellbeing. Over time as stress builds and energy fades you find yourself unable to enjoy some of the things you once did.
As you can imagine this creates a vicious cycle of stress, inactivity and alteration of your physical and mental health. Maybe you have put on extra weight, maybe you are in pain.
