Thoracic Outlet Syndrome: What is it?
Thoracic Outlet Syndrome is blood vessels or nerves in the space between your collar bone and neck, creating compression and tight muscles. Causes include injury, poor posture, or repeated usage. Symptoms include swelling in your hand or arm, or pain in your neck, among other things. Symptoms vary depending on whether your pain is coming from a blood vessel or nerve irritation.
