Slow and Steady Wins the Race
Simple advice that’s proven to be true: take your time. This is especially true as the seasons change with our outdoor activity participation. The warmer temperatures are prompting us to be more active. Just as the weather gradually becomes more “Minnesota nice”, take this same approach with your physical activity. Go slow, make an assessment after you are finished with your activity, and gradually increase at the next occurrence.
