Golf Season Safety
Straining your lower back is a common injury that takes place oftentimes when shoveling snow or other common seasonal activities. Now that golf season is in full swing, lower back injuries can also occur during a round or two of golf. However, the good thing about this is that it’s easily preventable with a little bit of stretching before and after golfing. Loosening up your muscles before a round will be one of your best bets in injury prevention.
Today we have Doctor of Chiropractic, Tyler Huberty, to help us prepare for this next golf season and help us understand the symptoms of possible injury. Whether that be golf elbow (inflammation of the tendons in the forearm) or a lower back strain, William’s Integracare will be there to get you back to normal in no time.
