In this week’s Dr.’s In segment, Dr. Brianna Hoffarth gets to the core and talks all about abs. Core exercises train the muscles in your lower back, hip, pelvis, glutes and abdomen to work together. This creates greater stability when doing everyday activities, both on and off the field/court.
The proper exercises based on what your body and abilities are to activate the muscles in your core is what make your midsection “strong”.
