The DMR Method Process
Patients of the DMR Method enter into a treatment protocol that is customized to their specific condition. The success of the DMR Method depends on following through and completing all three steps to lasting relief: Diagnose, Manage, Rehabilitate. Each step has specific goals and objectives, and when applied in the correct way at the correct time, patients of the DMR Method experience decreased symptoms and improved function.
The DMR Method is a clinically proven, repeatable process that brings a predictable path to healing. DMR Method patients experience recovery in three phases: relief, repair, rehabilitate.
Patients find relief from pain and disruptive symptoms, decrease inflammation, and begin restoring normal mobility to injured and imbalanced areas. There is additional focus on avoiding additional injury, meaning limits on activities will be set.
Upon entering the repair phase, patients will have significantly improved pain and near-normal mobility. You’ll experience improved posture and alignment as your body works to repair damaged tissue.
Patients in this phase experience fully resolved symptoms and normal engagement in daily activities. The focus will be on developing soft-tissue strength and neurological coordination. Patients must complete this third and final phase to receive the benefit of fully resolving their condition.
